    Naperville Health & Wellness Clinic is committed to providing high-quality medical, wellness, and aesthetic services. Due to the nature of our services and products, the following return and refund policy applies to all clients.

    Medical & Wellness Services

    All medical services, consultations, treatments, and procedures are non-refundable once rendered. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Weight loss programs and consultations
    • Aesthetic treatments and procedures (Botox, fillers, PRP, etc.)
    • IV vitamin therapy and infusions
    • HOCATT therapy and body contouring
    • Laboratory services and diagnostic tests
    • Medical consultations and urgent care visits
    • Specialty treatments and wellness programs

    Important: Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees paid and may incur additional cancellation fees.

    Memberships & Treatment Packages

    All memberships, treatment packages, and bundled services are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

    • Membership fees are billed according to agreed-upon contract terms
    • No refunds will be issued for unused services or early termination
    • Package services must be used within the specified timeframe
    • Memberships cannot be transferred to another person
    • Contract modifications require written agreement from management

    Medications & Medical Products

    All prescription medications and compounded products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed or shipped. This includes:

    • Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy)
    • Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound)
    • B12 injections and vitamin supplements
    • Compounded medications and custom formulations
    • All prescription and over-the-counter products

    Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

    Retail Products

    Non-prescription retail products (skincare, supplements, wellness items) may be eligible for store credit only under the following conditions:

    • Product must be unopened and unused
    • Return must be made within 7 days of purchase
    • Original receipt or proof of purchase required
    • Product must be in original packaging with all seals intact
    • Store credit issued at purchase price (no cash refunds)

    Not eligible for return: Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned for any reason.

    Cancellation Policy

    Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

    • Charges up to 50% of the service cost
    • Forfeiture of any pre-paid service fees
    • Restrictions on future booking privileges

    To cancel or reschedule, please call us at (877) 885-8784 or use our online booking portal.

    Refund Processing

    In rare circumstances, refunds or credits may be approved at the sole discretion of management. If approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment
    • Processing time: 7–10 business days from approval date
    • Partial refunds may be issued for services not yet rendered
    • All decisions are final and at management's discretion

    Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

    Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

    • Immediate suspension of services and account access
    • Account review and potential termination
    • Additional administrative fees to recover costs
    • Legal action to recover disputed amounts

    We encourage you to contact the clinic directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Our team is committed to addressing all legitimate concerns promptly and professionally.

    Policy Acknowledgment

    By booking an appointment, purchasing any service, medication, or membership, or receiving treatment at Naperville Health & Wellness Clinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return & Refund Policy.
