    3. Appointment Policies

    Cancellation Policy

    • 24-hour notice required for appointment changes or cancellations
    • No-shows or late cancellations will incur a $65 fee
    • Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

    Late Arrivals

    Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling, depending on our schedule.

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment Methods

    We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

    Insurance

    Insurance is accepted for select services; coverage varies by plan. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-pays, and non-covered services. Payment is due at the time of service.

    Package Deals and Memberships

    • Package purchases are non-refundable
    • Packages must be used within specified time frames
    • Memberships may be cancelled with 30-day written notice
    • Special promotions cannot be combined with other offers

    Refund Policy

    Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for medical reasons or service dissatisfaction. Package deals and memberships are generally non-refundable.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellness Clinic from any claims arising from your failure to follow treatment instructions or provide accurate health information.

    7. Conduct & Facility Rules

    Respectful Behavior

    We maintain a professional, respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespectful conduct toward staff or other patients will result in termination of services.

    Facility Guidelines

    • Follow all posted safety and hygiene protocols
    • Silence mobile devices during treatments
    • Respect other patients' privacy and space
    • Report any safety concerns immediately

    Right to Refuse Service

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms, poses a safety risk, or is medically unsuitable for treatment.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

    Treatment Protocols

    Photography & Marketing

    Patient-Initiated Termination

    You may discontinue services at any time. We recommend completing any ongoing treatment courses and following up with your primary care physician as needed.

    Clinic-Initiated Termination

    We may terminate the patient-provider relationship for non-payment, violation of policies, non-compliance with treatment plans, or behavior that compromises safety or care quality.

    Medical Records

    Upon termination, you may request copies of your medical records. We will provide records in accordance with applicable laws and may charge reasonable copying fees.
